Yeah, it is a mouthful. I prefer to say "grrrkglar". It's my way of pronouncing the initials.
The organization and the foster parents that work with it are very special people. We adopted our sweet curly boy from them. Carole, one of their coordinators and super Golden foster mom, posted Nick's picture in the 2007 Memorial page:

The cute golden faces on the Available Dogs page make me sad because I'm not ready for them yet. I'm waiting for Nick to give me a sign. I've always been a pushover for old dogs. Sigh.
