Today was the complete opposite of yesterday. Besides moving a few of the larger pieces of furniture back into place, I haven't done much. I slept in until 8:30. Around noon I had leftover Lefty's pizza and then crashed for a nap on the couch. I've been drinking water and lemonade non-stop. Very, very thirsty. Hmm, I wonder why? Care to fill me in? Anyone?
I've come to know and like a fellow blogger very much over these last couple of weeks. Check out http://tlc-smileygirl.blogspot.com/ for Laura's blog. A great writer with many funny tales , pics and videos, and it helps that she's a home grown Chicago girl! Laura pointed it out and I'd like to now thank Nick for bringing perfect strangers together on the net. I love reading about Laura's Wrigley (Wrigs) and Chumley (Chums). For a very young Golden Retriever, Wrigley is a very, very good dog, a testament to his trainer and his mommy and daddy. Ed loves watching the Wrigley vs. Chumley videos.
It was Laura's blog that brought me peals and peals of laugther in the wee hours of this morning. Her blog has a link to the "Llama Song" and I couldn't stop playing it. It just kept getting funnier and funnier. After about 2 am it became the laugh riot of the century for me. Of course, it helped that I was buzzin' from a day of chardonnay (wow, another rhyme!). I played it for Ed just now and he kind of just stood there scratchin' his head. Humph! I guess its not so funny if you're not ADD.
My bloggin' buddy asked if I had ADD since my 2 previous posts were all over the place. Yes, last night I had ADD, a very rare form of ADD called "Acting Drunk & Delirious". You can also tell from my previous 2 posts that my spell & grammar check was not very successful. Again, please chalk this up to my ADD. I apologize to my 9 readers for having to stumble through a maze of random thoughts, bad spelling and grammar gone nuts. :-)
Ed read my blog to me out loud this afternoon. He made sure to e-n-u-n-c-i-a-t-e all of my misspelled words. It is MY blog, but he likes to sit there and critique how unfair it is to him. I told him to start his own blog if he wants his side of the story to be told. We'll see how that one goes!
I think I'm going to make my way over to the couch again...no, no, don't try to stop me. It's for the best. Really, it is.

OMG this is toooo funny! You are a riot! I swear we must be the same person!!!
Isn't that LLAMA song the GREATEST!?!?! Tom thinks I'm NUTS for laughing at it and singing along to it as fast as I can. I can seriously keep it playing on my comptuer for mintues and minutes. I never get bored of it.
Ed sounds a lot like Tom too. We have to meet. I'm thinking Nick is laughing up there at all of this too. He was the reason for all of this!
Oh and Wrigley thanks you for the well behaved comment. He is really a GOOD boy. He just wants to please. But he does have his naughty moments. ie, running around the house earlier today with a panty liner sticking out of his mouth. Of course I have video but dare I post it?!?!
I forgot to ask...Are you hanging really bad today? I'm guessing that's a yes. I felt so much better this morning and am now drinking my favorite glass of white wine. Have you heard of Menage Trois California white table wine? It's sooooo good. I recommend it. I'll blog about it at some point. You can get it at Albertsons and some Target stores too!
No, I haven't heard of that wine, but now I'm very CURIOUS! :-)
I have some friends who own the Wine Steals here in San Diego. Awesome place and it is where I can be adventurous with my selections. They've got me hooked on Three Thieves so far.
Yes! It would be great to meet! It is sooo eerie that you and I are as similar as we are, no?
Oh, next time you want to try singing along to the Llama song, do it at 2 am while ADD and while Tom is snoring away on the couch (which is what Ed was doing at the time)!!! What a hoot!
