I brought my proverbial tap shoes and did an "almost jig" in the middle of the office. You may have seen it on Broadway. It's called the 3/4 Jig. Sold out shows every night you know.
I got 3 out of 4 right after the judge ruled today. I cannot tell you how badly I wanted to get it ALL on the money, but I was happy with 3/4 since my "colleague" was correct on 1 out of 4 of his predictions. Revenge was sweet. And so was I!
I batted my eyelashes, flipped my hair, stuck out my chest, and shimmied about the courthouse saying such things as, "Oh, really? Judge ruled so? Wow, sometimes you just don't know which way they'll lean, right? Riiiiiiight. What about you, colleague? Any thoughts on the judge's ruling? Hmmmm?????? Any thoughts, caveman?"
What? I was just being "womanly", that's all. Tee hee. (Wink, wink)
Aaaaaanyway, that madness is over now...well, at least for a few months. Time to get back to "normal" at work.
So, tonight, as I was preparing our dinner, I turned away from the stove and saw THIS....
I laughed out loud and ran over to get my camera. The sight of the mess actually frightened me. (For once.)
Just wanted to show ya'll how to make dinner for your man the RIGHT way.

Yay! I'm so glad the rulings went the way you thought they would. Helen laughs because when I cook, I use just about every dish in the cabinet. Thank goodness we have a dishwasher. It makes clean-up so much easier:)
Congrats! You'll have to celebrate this weekend with a nice dinner and some dessert, be it sugary deliciousness or lovin'. ;-)
I love cooking, but like you, I make the joint a huge ol' mess. And I don't like cleaning up. :)
