I decided to lie back down, but couldn't get to sleep. Alarm was going to ring anyway at 5 am. So....
Up at the alarm. Change into workout gear, wash face, brush teeth, start a load of laundry, grab towel & water bottle, shove a bunch of grapes in my mouth and run out into the crisp dawn air. (I love how grapes taste right after I brush my teeth!) It was a beautiful morning.
5:34 am. At the gym, punch in at the computer and head down to my spin class. Had a PHENOMENAL class. Lots of energy and I was soaked in sweat by the end. Simply awesome.
6:45 am. Class ends, run upstairs, punch out, run to my car, and drive home without causing a crash.
7:08 am. Get home, throw laundry into the dryer, and make sure Ed has Achilles and Milo's food and meds all packed up for their day trip to Lynne's house. Ed leaves on the walk to Lynne's with the boys. Allie (our four-legged furry guest for the week) is just beside herself because she wants to go with Ed and the boys. Poor girl!
7:14 am. Change into my NEW running shoes (Brooks Trance VI),
grap Allie's leash (who is *SPAZZING OUT* at this point), and set off for her morning exercise. Unlike my senior citizen boys, Allie actually runs, so we went for a run together, although not too fast since her legs are delicate. We ran and power walked the neighborhood together and covered the same distance as I do with my boys, but in 1/4 of the time!7:32 am. Run home, feed Allie, grab ironing board, find work pants, answer the door when the contractor showed up for the backyard dig, iron my pants, eat a slice of chicken breast leftover from last night, quickly scarf down one of Allie's apples (it was delicious!), run to the shower, run out of the shower, change clothes, comb my hair, slap on some face lotion and lip gloss, give Allie her own apple, fix Ed's hair, get his water bottle for him, give him a kiss, grab Allie's leash again, and get her in my car for the ride to Adriana's place for the day.
8:22 am. Arrive at Adriana's apartment, let Allie in, put out a bowl of water for her, give her kisses and hugs and reassure her that I'll be back at lunch to check on her, and then run out the house because I have to be at work at 8:30!
8:39 am. Arrive at work. :-) Run inside, turn off the alarm, run around turning on all the lights and the music, turn on the phones, put some water on to boil for my morning green tea, and grab some water to drink.
My heart rate is finally coming down. As I sip delicious, clean, clear water, I take a deep breath and relax. Whew.
Time to get some work done now. Then later...
Sushi with Anna & Zoe for lunch so we can finalize plans for our wedding party;
Run to Adriana's place and let Allie out;
Run back to the office;
Work some more;
Run to a client meeting at 3 pm;
Run back to Adriana's and pick up Allie;
Run home;
Change into my running shoes again;
Run down to Lynne's house with Allie;
Pick up Achilles and Milo;
Walk all three of them back home;
Fold laundry;
Feed all the furbabies;
Grab a snack;
Run up to Mom's house.
I am seriously on the run today.
I hear the tea kettle whistling. Instead of tea, I think I'll switch to coffee this morning. :-)

Jeezaloo! I'm completely exhausted just reading about your day. And I thought I was busy!
That was like my brain yesterday, although my body stayed in one spot.
My heart rate just shot up after reading this. Please, please post more of these days so I can get some exercise!!!
Don't over do it though. And delegate some of the wedding stuff if you can. I'll be happy to take on a task or two! Lemme know!
I'm with Chitown Girl - I'm exhausted just reading about your day. My Monday was a little different this week - I took a personal day for OPENING DAY! We had everyone, including 3 crazy dogs over for the beginning of Baseball and I can say that the Mets got off to a great start - still at 1000%:)
