Halloween Costume just arrived

In my time in the United States of America, I have dressed up for Halloween exactly twice.

Once was it was our first year in the U.S. I didn't know much English yet, they made me get into a giant, plastic Big Bird costume, it was freezing in Chicago, and I peed my pants. I also thought we were "begging" for food because I didn't quite get the concept of Halloween yet.

The second time I ever dressed up was during law school when my roommate and I, and two of our friends, decided to be Charlie's Angels. I was Kate Jackson's character. The memories of that Halloween were a lot more pleasant then from when I was nine.

This year, for the first time, my Belov-Ed and I are going to dress up for Halloween. Our friends Mark and Sherri have an annual Halloween bash. It is the THE PARTY in the neighborhood. Baby Sis was in San Diego visiting a couple of weeks back for her birthday. She offered to make Ed's Halloween costume for him.

Ed is going as a mammogram machine. It just arrived in the mail from Chicago. Baby Sis did an OUTSTANDING job. It is freaking HILARIOUS!!! A genius handmade creation of cardboard, black construction paper, silver marker, and a million yards of tin foil.

Guess what I am going to be? Go ahead, guess.

ONE. GIANT. BOOB!!!

Oh my word. I cannot wait to see how many women we can convince to stick their boobs into the slot that artfully says, "Place Breasts Here".

I'll post pics as soon as I get 'em.

Bwwwwaaaa-ha-ha-ha-haaaa!!!

Quite possibly the BEST costume idea ever!

Can't wait to see pics. You should wear a nipple ring on your boob costume too!

You guys will DEFINITELY win the "Best Costume" contest! I can't wait to see the photos! LOL!

Oh, that story about Big Bird when you were 9 was heart-breaking, KBL! Made me so sad!

My kids live for Halloween. This year S is going to be a "Zombie Cheerleader" and J will be a Zombie. Normally they don't want to do scary stuff, but I figured soon they'll be too old for trick-or treating, so might as well let them be what they want.
And, of course, we the parents are the "taxing authority" on the candy. We keep a healthy 6% for ourselves as the "tariff". :-)
